If you have signed up for a Nature Photography Workshop, Guided Photography Tour or one of our Nature Walks or Classes we understand in our busy lives things come up. So please contact us within 24 hours of your visit and we can issue a rain check and reschedule. However, if you do not contact us and you can not make the tour there are no refunds. Please understand, we have guides who drive out here to provide their services for your tour and if you do not show then they have waited around not knowing if you are going to show up, so please call and let us know.
We understand the weather can change so a rain check will be issued, however no refuds will be issued because of the weather.
We want you to enjoy Peaceful Springs Nature Preserve and we try to do what we can to accommodate any problems that might come up before your tour.
